Andy Warhol: We've talked about him in class 11º
Remember talking about Lou Reed and his connection to Andy Warhol? Well guys, here is a piece of information about this artist. He is best known for his exploration of Pop Art, mass producing images of mass produced objects.
His most famous works depicted Campbell's soup cans. Warhol succeeded in turning these mundane images into ironic "art".
He's also famous for painting famous people, such as Marilyn Monroe or Jaquelin Kennedy.
The surrealist artist Dali: You've talked about him in class 10ºA!
As we were talking about art galleries and museums, it came up the name of Dali, the Spanish surrealist. Here is some of his highly creative and imaginative work.
